Find your items, check orders, and finish a reveal.
Find an item or order
Sign in and open My Items to see your orders and item records. Use the filters to find what you need. Check each record for its details and status.
Check the final status before you treat a purchase or transfer as complete. A history entry alone does not prove that you own an item.
Records marked not redeemable are for history only. They cannot be claimed, sold, or shipped.
Finish a reveal
Find the order under Pending openings and choose Resume opening. This loads your saved order without another payment. Playing the reveal again does not give you a new result.
If the order will not load, retry that same order. Do not buy another cube to recover it. Give support the order ID if you need help.
Claims, selling, and shipping
Each item record shows what you can do with that item. Check the amount, terms, and wallet or shipping address before you confirm an action.
For Collector Crypt cards, use Transfer to Solana when shown on your item. Then request shipping through Collector Crypt with that wallet.
A transfer moves the card’s NFT to your wallet. It is not a shipment. Collector Crypt handles the delivery address, fees, and tracking.
