cubes.fun works in partnership with Monica Jewelers, a family-owned jeweler. Real items in cubes and $1 auctions come from stock held in the vaults of its stores.

Some items ship from an authorized distributor or supplier instead. Either way, the item is real.

Real, checked items

Monica Jewelers has a GIA-trained graduate gemologist. It is a member of the Jewelers Board of Trade and the International Watch & Jewelry Guild. It also lists the Diamond Council of America among its credentials.

Jewelry and gold are checked by the store’s team before they ship. Every watch is a genuine brand product, never a copy.

PAMP Suisse bars come sealed in their assay card, as each listing shows. PAMP refines them in Switzerland.

   Find your item

   Open My Items or your locker. Every item you win waits behind its own door with its claim ticket.

   Choose Ship

   Pick the item and choose Ship. You can also stash it or sell it.

   Add your details

   Enter your legal name, street address and email. A phone number for the courier is optional in the US and Canada, and required elsewhere for customs.

   Check and confirm

   The ship screen shows the fee and when it should arrive before you confirm. Today that is 5 to 8 days in the US and Canada. Anywhere else the screen lists takes longer.

   Track it

   We pack it, and it usually ships in 1 to 2 days. Your locker shows each stop and the tracking number.

Your item stays stashed in your locker until you choose to ship it. Some prizes can also be sold for a credit to your game balance.

Prize claims and mirrors

A prize claim is your record that you won an item. It waits in your locker. Find it under Prize claims in My Items.

When you ship an item, its claim is issued to your game wallet on Robinhood Chain. A claim is not a shipment.

Before an item is packed, its claim is retired. That way one claim can only ship once.

Items from before Robinhood Chain

cubes.fun runs on Robinhood Chain. Earlier prize claims on Abstract are re-issued one for one on Robinhood Chain to the same account. You do not need to do anything.

If an older card or box asks you to connect your Abstract wallet, claim or move it before Abstract shuts down on Dec 15, 2026.

Graded cards: a separate vault

Graded cards come from Collector Crypt, not from Monica Jewelers. Collector Crypt keeps the cards in its own vault.

A card in the Trading Post or in My Items is a mirror on Robinhood Chain, backed by the card’s NFT. The card itself stays in that vault.

Transfer to Solana moves the NFT to your wallet. It does not ship the card. To get the card, redeem it on Collector Crypt. They handle the address, fees and tracking.

How each prize is fulfilled

Each kind of prize has its own route to you. The “how we fulfill prizes” link on a claim ticket opens the one for that item.

• Watches: Brand-name watches from Monica Jewelers, a family-owned jeweler. Each is a genuine brand product, held in its stores' vaults or shipped by an authorized distributor.
• Jewelry: Sterling silver and gold chains from Monica Jewelers's stock or its jewelry supplier. The store's team checks each piece before it ships.
• Diamonds: Loose lab and natural diamonds from Monica Jewelers. They come from its vault or ship straight from its diamond suppliers.
• Gold & silver bars: PAMP Suisse bars, refined in Switzerland and sealed in their assay card. Monica Jewelers holds them in its stores' vaults until you ship.
• Graded cards: Graded cards come from Collector Crypt, which keeps them in its own vault. Your card is a mirror on Robinhood Chain, backed by the card's NFT.
• Gift Card: A digital card for the delivery app you pick. It comes through our card-service partners and is sent here and by email.
• Stock Tokens: Your Stock Token prize is held 1:1 in our custody on Robinhood Chain. The locker shows when its tokens are bought for you.
• BURR tickets: A BURR ticket names an amount of BURR. Claim it and we send the BURR on Ethereum to your game wallet, or sell it for ETH at the live price.
• Redemption tickets: A BEARISH bear ticket is digital. Claim it and we send a bear we pick on Ethereum to your game wallet, awake, with the 10,001 BURR that backs it. It never ships.
• Other real items: Real items in cubes come from Monica Jewelers's stock, held in its stores' vaults. Some ship from an authorized distributor or supplier instead.

Stock for every box

Every prize in a live cube or auction is covered by stock or confirmed supply before it goes live.

When a box runs out, it shows as sold out until it restocks.
