What is preview history?

Earlier openings, items and trading records remain in your account as preview history. Their numeric values are not USDC.e, cannot be withdrawn and cannot pay for real-money openings. Real-money settlement is not active.

Where is my opening?

Resume pending openings from My Items without paying again. Replaying or refreshing does not change a saved result.

Can I ship or withdraw items?

Historical shipping requests are records only, not confirmed deliveries. New shipping requests, physical fulfillment and withdrawals of preview records are not active. Don’t submit an address. Contact support about a saved request.

Are points or items on-chain?

Points and historical item records are saved to your account. Points are not BURR. Preview items are not minted tokens or guarantees of physical delivery, and they do not add funds to your connected wallet.

How are my items chosen?

Previously saved orders keep their server-recorded results. Free demo openings are separate from paid orders and do not issue redeemable items. Catalog source links identify reference products, not available stock or a current cash value.

Can I update my profile or opening preferences?

The current account page displays your saved identity; profile editing is not available yet. Opening preferences are stored in this browser only, and reduced motion follows your device settings.
