Getting help
Send a support ticket with enough context to identify the issue safely.
Send a ticket
Open Support and sign in to submit a subject and message. Wait for Ticket submitted before treating the request as received. Your tickets, their status, and any support replies appear on the same page.
What to include
Describe the action you tried, what appeared instead, and roughly when it happened.
- For a saved opening, include the cube name and order ID.
- For a wallet issue, include the transaction hash if one exists and whether it was an approval or swap.
- For permissions, include the status shown and any installation or revocation transaction hash.
- Copy the visible error message and mention your browser or device when relevant.
Keep private information out
Do not send passwords, one-time login codes, private keys, recovery phrases, or sensitive personal information. Do not submit a shipping address for a preview item.
A ticket records a request for help. It does not itself refund a transaction, revoke a permission, transfer an asset, or arrange delivery.
Before retrying
For an unfinished opening, resume the original order from My Items. For an uncertain wallet transaction, check its status and wallet activity before sending anything again. For a permission, use Refresh status rather than requesting a replacement.
If the wallet sign-in window does not appear, check whether your browser blocked it. Complete authentication only in the wallet or login screen, never by putting credentials into a support ticket.
